Charlie is always polite and welcoming. Puts you instantly at ease. He is good at listening to what issues you have gives a good massage. He then gives additional support and aftercare for you to use between massages.

Saif is a highly talented and incredible sports therapist. As a Muay thai fighter iv suffered with a bad knee injury for 2 years and Saif has managed to fix it and im already in fighting shape. An amazing experience 👏👏👏 I have been visiting Jane at Therapy & Flow for several years . She just knows what your aching body needs . Her holistic approach is truly wonderful . I leave her , feeling human again . She allows me to work a very tiring and stressful job . Basically after every visit , my body is put back to factory settings , ready for an another episode of daily life . Would truly recommend her 🌸👍🏻

It was a delightful experience. My body felt so much lighter, loosened up and revitalised. We don't realise how pressures of daily life (always being on the go) can impact our body and mind. The full body massage was an amazing experience for my wellbeing and self care. I felt so much more relaxed. I would highly recommend it as you will come out feeling like a new person.
