I saw Leon, for the second time following a painful knee injury. His sports massage located the root cause(s) of my issues, and he has set me on a path to full recovery. I will be seeing him again for more preventative therapy. Recommended.

Marcus was fantastic. He listened to my daughter’s issues with her knee and ankle and treated her with great knowledge. Constantly checking she was ok and the pressure was not too strong etc. making sure she was comfortable. Which at 14 means a lot. He informed her of the muscles and ligaments etc that could be affected/causing the issue and showed diagrams to check she understood. He sent her home with an exercise routine. Great service - we were seen the same day. Highly recommend Marcus and the team at Warsash Therapy Rooms.

Leon is an excellent therapist. He really helped me with my shoulders and it’s giving me some exercise exercises that I am trying to remember.

The treatment provided by Leyon was amazing. The tension he released from my shoulders & neck was crazy - what a difference. He then helped with my groin making sure I left the room in a much better state than I arrived.! This was more like much needed physio than a massage but just what I needed for my physical wellbeing. I’ll be back next month - hugely worth the money, very impressed. My friend has booked straight in too. Thank you Leyon.

So glad I found Warsash Therapy Rooms for my treatment! I had an ear syringe that was definitely needed and I felt amazing afterwards! Mandy was professional, kind and polite. I highly recommend her and I'll definitely be booking further treatments!

Had soft tissue therapy on my calfs by Olivia Pigeon. Olivia is a great listener, empathetic and super friendly. Immediately felt comfortable with her. Very knowledgeable and professional with a deep understanding and experience of sport, performance and the impact it has on the body. Treatment has had a positive initial effect and allowed me to get back to training. Highly recommended.

Today was my first visit to Warsash Therapy Rooms for a massage with Ann Alderman. The appointment was easy to book and when I arrived everything felt totally Covid safe. Ann was amazing! I am struggling with my back following an ankle fracture in February which is affecting my gait. Ann identified and worked on the areas causing my pain. As well as coming away with reduced pain, I am walking better and her lovely positive personality has also lifted my spirits. Thank you Ann! x

Leyon is a skilled and deeply knowledgeable practitioner. I can't rate him highly enough. I've been to several sports massage therapists over the years, but he's been head and shoulders over everyone else in diagnosing and working with me to sort out many issue.
