Helena is amazing. I have arthritis and muscle problems around my sciatic and legs. She took the time to listen to me and understand all of the different issues I have and tailored a plan to me. She genuinely cares about making me feel better and works at a pace that feels right for me. She is always recommending ways for me to improve in the real world. I cannot recommend working with Helena enough.

Lovely relaxed vibe and friendly therapist. (Lot of stairs so request downstairs room if mobility issues)

Helena was excellent. She took the time to get a history of past injuries and worked around them, I left feeling better and will definitely be seeking follow up sessions.

Molly was friendly, professional and very helpful. She gave me insights into the current condition of my feet and suggested things I can do to improve my walking and overall comfort. My feet feel much more comfortable and she's suggested a regime to help ensure they stay that way!

I was so comfortable with Trish, conversation flowed, the massage was extremely relaxing whilst working out some kinks. Trish was always checking that the pressure was ok and made me feel extremely relaxed. Will definitely book again and highly recommend.

Claire is a truly wonderful and incredibly intuitive healer and therapist and, having had many different treatments from many different practitioners over the years, is now my absolute 'go to' every time. I've had a number of different treatments with Claire (Amnanda Course, Shiatsu, traditional massage) and all have been incredibly nourishing. I cannot recommend her highly enough 🙏

Today was the first time i'd been to The Lanes, I had walked past the clinic in the past and wondered what it was like inside. As it is my birthday this weekend I decided to have a massage as a birthday present, so i booked a treatment online. I had a very achy back and legs prior to treatment. I left feeling absolutely relaxed and ache free. Bernadette is a fantastic massage therapist with wonderful skill and healing hands. I loved the building and the room was cosy and peaceful. I hadn't seen Sam for a clinical sports massage in YEARS, but it felt like only a week had passed as we caught up! Sam is the only massage therapist that can make me feel human again and I've made sure to book my next two appointments in advance! She also gave me lots of recommendations to help ease my sciatica and strengthen the muscles in my back - Sam is incredibly knowledgeable, the best in the biz!
