Top class. Gav makes you feel welcome from the get go and really knows his stuff. Had a lot of niggles from running. Gav identified them all, some i didnt even know i had, worked on them and feel so much better for it. Really impressed

Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome the minute I walked in. I was so nervous as it was my first treatment like this. I got the lemon bottle on my stomach area. Everything explained to me and it was not sore in anyway. I can already see a difference and will be back to get more treatments. Lovely girl, so personable and very knowledgeable. Peter has been brilliant helping men with my recovery from my ACL Reconstruction. His cryotherapy helped with the initial swelling and now the exercises and massage he has been performing has been helping me rebuild my movement and mobility in my knee.

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

Top man and great at what he does. Gav took me on short notice a week out from competing at a Hyrox and has put me in a better state physically and mentally for doing it.

amazing. i wish it hadn't taken me so long to decide to listen to my body and be proactive in healing and helping it. calm and welcoming atmosphere. Amira knows what she's doing and what she's talking about. even better, provides a multitude of services I've been curious about. myofascial release, scar tissue remediation massage and jaw / TMJ release. looking forward to my next appointment and highly recommend her.
