Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Blissed out. Over the moon with this experience! Amira has a way of moving with you which is to me altogether new and such a blessing in disguise. Will undoubtably be back as often as I can be, even got sound advice that is ringing through everything now and reminding me where my feet are. Never had a massage where I didn’t flinch at some point and I was informed about every step. Had an intra oral massage and I could barely tell it was actually inside my mouth. Nothing was awkward at any point and I literally have never been so present for a treatment before. 100/10.

I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome the minute I walked in. I was so nervous as it was my first treatment like this. I got the lemon bottle on my stomach area. Everything explained to me and it was not sore in anyway. I can already see a difference and will be back to get more treatments. Lovely girl, so personable and very knowledgeable. Another amazing experience with Amy. She focused on my concerns about looking 'jowly' and ageing in the lower part of my face and my usual lip fillers. Even though still waiting on the Botox to kick in the effect of the fillers is immediately so good. I feel so much fresher and younger without looking like i had 'work done'. A great environment and experience at a very reasonable price, never hesitate to recommend Amy.

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

Top man and great at what he does. Gav took me on short notice a week out from competing at a Hyrox and has put me in a better state physically and mentally for doing it.

Amira is magic with their hands. This was such a good experience, I would 100% recommend going here for a massage. After a week of stress and no sleep, an hour and a half in with Amira has calmed my nervous system down so much. Thank you again, and I will be back in the future!

Would recommend for a few reasons first it’s a very therapeutic experience as you learn so much about your body and what it needs, I also learnt how to breath and relax as I was in a lot of pain but Emeria has taught me how to breath and listen to my body and the massage was so good in freeing the tension from my shoulders an back she is amazing at what she does

Following a significant injury to my vocal cords, I had a block of 6 bookings with Andrew. As a full-time professional singer and musician for over 15 years, a prompt return to the stage was crucial for my financial well-being. Andrew assisted enormously in this process, releasing tension not only from the obvious muscles around my neck and shoulders, but also from the tongue and jaw. One of the most valuable psychological tools I picked up in addition, was to monitor my speaking voice, and keep it relaxed, thus minimising tension arising in my throat during my recovery.
