Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

Struggled to find somewhere right for me after my regular place closed. Xen sets a relaxing atmosphere and is lovely to chat to but happy to offer the deep pressure I love and many other places fall short on. Absolutely addicted to her massages and wish I could go more than once a month.

I arrived carrying my body like a badly packed suitcase — everything jammed in, nothing quite where it should be. Two hours later, I left feeling unpacked, listened to, and reassembled. This isn’t just a massage. It’s a full-body myofascial session. The space is warm and genuinely welcoming, and Amira herself is calm, attentive and present without being intrusive, skilled without being forceful. Nothing is forced, it feels safe to let go. Things softened because they were allowed to. My body feels freer today than it has in a long time. I left calmer and more at home in myself. The best! 💜

I've been going to see John Neeson at this physio for quite some time, every time I go I feel its a great experience I do the exercises in relation to the therapy provided, always end up back in no time, I would without hesitation recommend this physio for all your physical therapy requirements

Very greatful to have found Amira threw my sister, I recently took time off work as I started to listen to my mind and body, discovering what I need & this was it, I went for the Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy, they make you feel relaxed & we discovered a few things that my body was asking for, very excited for my next session when I book it in & I will be recommending this to anyone who may need it as much as I did.

I had a really lovely experience. The space is peaceful and I felt safe to talk openly. After the first session, which was only talking, I already felt better and my anxiety was gone. Amira is very kind and gentle, and explains everything clearly. I felt safe to open up and share my thoughts without fear. The sessions that combine massage and breathing are amazing. They helped release a lot of stiffness in my body, and I feel much more relaxed. I have had 3 sessions now, and after each one I feel more aligned with myself, calmer, and more at peace. Cannot recommend Amira enough, such a kind knowledgeable person. Took the time to understand what my issue was and thought about the best way to treat it.l with a buccal massage.
