Gav is easily one of the best in the business. Bear in mind you’re not there to relax, he gets in exactly where you’re sore & tight and he will set you on the road to recovery or for me for preventative maintenance.

Dzięki profesjonalnie przeprowadzonemu zabiegowi (kinesiotaping), ból został błyskawicznie zmniejszony. I had an excellent session with Piotr. He has a fantastic understanding of physiology and really took the time to assess my issues rather than just giving a generic massage. I walked out feeling significantly more mobile and with much less tension. Highly recommend his expertise if you're looking for someone who actually knows how the body works!

Gavin is a top guy. Was top notch from start to finish. He took 2 mins to diagnose me and got to work sorting it straight away. Good chat also which makes you feel at ease right away. Ive now got a structured plan which allows me to still train while focusing on rehab for my shoulder. Would highly recommend in the future. Thanks again for today.

Had a great sports massage this afternoon with Timm, I had booked fairly last minute due to a recent injury so amazing to be seen so quickly! Timm was very knowledgeable of the condition and how best to target and treat symptoms. The combination of traditional massage and more active/mobilisation massage made a big difference to my symptoms. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Gav is easy to get on with and speak to great guy. 10/10 for his treatment a struggle with injury’s for running and hyrox training and the big man sorted me right out. Also had a tight back from work and a feel brand new thanks again mate 💪🏼
