Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a Bbglow follow up facial today in the lovely new clinic rooms in Barry with Nathalie. Easy to find and beautiful set up. Chuffed with the progress Nathalie has made to my skin over the past 6 months with regular treatments. I feel my skin is really starting to improve and looking so much more healthy and glowing.

I’ve just had THE most relaxing facial which has left my skin absolutely glowing, thank you Steph. The whole experience of a totally pampering treatment, as well as a manicure and pedicure (which look so fab!) was wonderful. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Honestly couldn’t recommend this place any more! It was both mine and my friends first time and we were guided through everything (including the very cold ice plunge which Phillip definitely got us through!). What I enjoyed the most was that we were given the time and space to thoroughly enjoy it. We had the gorgeous room to ourselves and felt completely at ease and looked after by Phillip. We’ll be getting memberships here as we’ve left feeling amazing! Thank you once again & see you very soon!!
