I had such a wonderful experience with Brynie. I was a bit nervous to start with, but Brynie was very friendly and calmed my nerves by talking me through every step of the treatment. Brynie is so easy to chat too, listens and easily identifies your needs. Beautiful space, very welcoming, you can choose to relax or rekindle. So looking forward to trying her Bounsai products when they are launched. Thoroughly recommend a treatment.

I visited Bounsi Skin Lab for the first time today for a Bespoke Level 3 Facial. Brynie talked me through each step of my treatment and was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel completely at ease throughout my experience. The space created for Bounsi is absolutely gorgeous with a relaxed atmosphere. Brynie is very knowledgeable and gave me some great recommendations for products to use at home.
