The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. I can definitely recommend.

Milli has such a healing energy about her. There is a reason why her massage treatments have names like Sacred Stillness! I have been extremely tense for the past two weeks and had a massage where I could feel the stress leaving my body throughout the massage. I am feeling so relaxed and renewed. I cannot recommend Milli enough. She is a rare gem.

I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, and Ruth kindly accommodated me and started the session right away. She was professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout.
