What a fantastic and relaxing experience with Veejay. He was prompt and had excellent communication. He took the time to discuss the treatments available and to understand my preferences. The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. Yesterday my friend & I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful establishment, and I must say, the service was EXCELLENT! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the manager was incredibly kind. They made us feel right at home! The massages were truly great and relaxing, and the entire atmosphere was so calm and serene. Everything was taken care of, and we felt completely pampered. I'll definitely be coming back for more. I highly recommend!

Milli has such a healing energy about her. There is a reason why her massage treatments have names like Sacred Stillness! I have been extremely tense for the past two weeks and had a massage where I could feel the stress leaving my body throughout the massage. I am feeling so relaxed and renewed. I cannot recommend Milli enough. She is a rare gem.

Never have I ever had a sports massage like the one I had with Sharnise. She gets into the right trigger points immediately. There is no messing around with her. She knows her stuff and I loved it so much. I pulled my quad and she loosened it up so much and loosened up both legs. I have never had a sports massage like this before. Sharnice is brilliant. Another relaxing experience with Jenay, she is so gentle with the waxing process always talking me through every pull and checking if the temperature of the wax is not too warm. The facial was relaxing and afterwards she assisted me at the store next door with a few hair products and perfumes. This is really my favorite place to relax and unwind. I can't wait to come back. Always a lovely experience! Thys is so warm and creates such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I booked the 60-minute personalized facial and messaged him beforehand about my skin flare-ups. He was incredibly accommodating and guided me before the appointment. During the facial, he explained every product he used and how it would benefit my skin, which I really appreciated as I'm still learning and exploring about skincare in South Africa. No one has ever worked my tight, intricate neck muscles the way she has. I love that Lisa can customize a facial to suit the needs of your skin on a particular day - my skin felt fabulously rehydrated and a whole lot less angry after a nourishing and calming treatment.
