The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. I can definitely recommend.

My massage therapist, Cikizwa, is a true expert — she made me feel at ease, communicated clearly, and intuitively worked out every knot and tension. We had such a warm, enjoyable conversation too. I’ve had both the Swedish and deep tissue massages here, both were incredible. Highly recommend visiting for a truly relaxing, rejuvenating experience. I’ll be back! I’ve had many Thai massages before, and Anne is definitely one of the best I’ve experienced. The massage was amazing ! she truly has magical hands. She’s kind, pleasant to be around, and creates such a calming atmosphere. The room was beautifully set up, tranquil and deeply relaxing. Overall, a really great experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Went here for the first time, for my first ever full pedicure. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Melissa was lovely to chat to and did my nails so nicely. She was very gentle and I'm happy with the result. Sammy did my massage and she was incredible. I asked for soft pressure and she delivered! I almost fell asleep in the chair, which I did not expect. I left feeling pampered and relaxed. I find when going to salons, the experience feels impersonal and you're "just another client," but here I felt comfortable and the experience felt personalised. I'll definitely be back!

Had 2 treatments: 45 minute massage was average, I guess due to the space and equipment provided there was nothing that the therapist(Nangamso) could do. Rue did my toes, excellent service and excellent work. Try and get the lights to be dimmed for massages, also get relaxation scents to set the mood

Another relaxing experience with Jenay, she is so gentle with the waxing process always talking me through every pull and checking if the temperature of the wax is not too warm. The facial was relaxing and afterwards she assisted me at the store next door with a few hair products and perfumes. This is really my favorite place to relax and unwind. I can't wait to come back. Milli has such a healing energy about her. There is a reason why her massage treatments have names like Sacred Stillness! I have been extremely tense for the past two weeks and had a massage where I could feel the stress leaving my body throughout the massage. I am feeling so relaxed and renewed. I cannot recommend Milli enough. She is a rare gem.
