Started massages to help with circulation in my lower legs and feet and it really has been a great help. My wife has also had a Back Neck and Shoulder massage which she really enjoyed and lookingforward to her next one. Nikita also takes great care within Covid restrictions. Would throughly recommend Nikita for either a relaxing treat or more targeted therapeutic massage.

Having a combination of a head, body and face massage with Irina was just the most ideal reset and like no massage I’ve had before. I felt both energised and relaxed, and like time had stood still! Irina is so knowledgeable about the styles she uses and I felt safe, nourished and entirely at ease. I had a 60 minute Swedish massage from Dean which was excellent. He was friendly and professional, checking in to see how the pressure was. He has quite the collection of essential oils to choose from depending on whether you want to be relaxed or energised. I came away fully relaxed . Great value for money!

The first appointment of my course was really good. Lucille put me at ease and talked through the scan/measurements and took time to gather further information on my goals. She is really knowledgeable on nutrition and has given me some good tips. I was so relaxed I fell asleep during one of the treatments.
