Lovely experience, Lucille is being helpful with my weight loss journey. Lots of handy hints and tips alongside the treatment.

Thank you for all the great advice and (diet related) suggestions. Really enjoyed my session today. The lymphatic drainage massage was needed.

This was my 8th & final session. I've lost weight and inches, but more importantly, I feel the benefits. My clothes are looser and I've loads more energy. This isn't a miracle cure and you have to change your habits, but I can already see it's a lifestyle I'm adapting to. I've cut out alcohol, increased my water intake, taken on intermittent fasting and adopted a keto diet. I'm 58 and found over the last couple of years, that despite exercising and counting calories, the scales were creeping up. Keto is a revelation.
