Wonderful experience at my Spa Massage just outside York. Afer much online research, booked Deep Tissue Massage Treatments for Two (sister and self) at Shabby to Chic just outside York centre and were completely satisfied. Both Elise and Sarah were very professional taking pride in their work - both therapists took the time to listen as to which areas to concentrate on and the treatments were tailored accordingly. Wished we lived nearer, as were just in York for a couple of days - would like to go back on a regular basis to pursue a tailored treatment plan - can't speak highly enough!

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. Pernilla (sorry for the spelling) was incredible. I have had a lot of massages and I left this one walking on air, it was honestly the best massage I have had. I had a back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage I have never felt so relaxed. Perilla was professional and set me at ease right away. Thank you!

Started massages to help with circulation in my lower legs and feet and it really has been a great help. My wife has also had a Back Neck and Shoulder massage which she really enjoyed and lookingforward to her next one. Nikita also takes great care within Covid restrictions. Would throughly recommend Nikita for either a relaxing treat or more targeted therapeutic massage.

Having a combination of a head, body and face massage with Irina was just the most ideal reset and like no massage I’ve had before. I felt both energised and relaxed, and like time had stood still! Irina is so knowledgeable about the styles she uses and I felt safe, nourished and entirely at ease. I’ve been going to Sophie for treatments for a while now and she is absolutely brilliant! Mostly been for deep tissue massages on my back, not for the faint-hearted but very effective. Sophie is professional, knowledgable, friendly and excellent at what she does. Had a lymphatic drainage massage today, which was also fabulous!

Incredible Japanese head spa, such a relaxing environment from the offset with the heated bed and weighted blanket. My scalp has never felt so clean and healthy, and the mini facial and neck and shoulder massages were an amazing bonus!

I love visiting select. The staff are chilled and friendly. They don't mind who you go with for treatments as long as you're relaxed. They're highly trained & knowledgeable and happy to chat or be quiet if I'm zoned out. The facials and hot oil massages are gorgeous, but don't plan anything afterwards because you'll be so relaxed! They're brow experts. It's not easy finding people you trust who are consistently good. For electrolysis, they're the best in York, I tried 3 other places before finding Joanne. The location is easy to find and has free parking.

Wonderful experience having my first Ayurvedic massage with Irina. She very calmly and patiently explained the process and the philosophy of Ayurveda, and helped find the appropriate oil for my body. I will definitely be back and be recommending Irina to my friends in York and visitors.
