Aze was such a breath of fresh air, she was so warm and welcoming and very generous with her knowledge and insights. I learnt so much about my body and really appreciated her honesty around what I needed and lifestyle changes I should consider. Jack has been really helpful as I have been seeing him to help with tightness in my back and a knee injury through playing rugby and helping me solve my problem. I would really recommend to anyone looking for sports massage or injury problems. Also 10/10 recommend the compression boots!
