I have been having lots of aches and pains in late pregnancy in my back and this massage really helped alleviate a lot of this. I felt so relaxed during and after I felt really refreshed and felt able to walk with less pain. Sara was very professional and checked I was okay before and after. One of the best, thank you 😊

I went to Sian at Align Therapy in Swansea after 2–3 months of shoulder pain, worried I’d damaged my rotator cuff. Thankfully, it turned out to be muscle tension, and after just one treatment I felt so much better! Sian is professional, kind, and so easy to talk to — I only wish I’d gone sooner instead of waiting months. After three treatments I feel as good as new, and I even tried acupuncture today which was a really lovely experience. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. I visited Headspace today for a pre-Christmas treat and WOW what an experience. Ciah was so welcoming, friendly and professional and I felt instantly relaxed from the moment I stepped in. I had the most wonderful Celestial treatment which consisted of a head, neck and shoulder massage along with a head scrub, steam and treatment - it was magical. I can’t wait to visit again xxx

Would highly recommend Swansea Health Solutions. Very helpful and informative. Gave a full examination of my problem and have provided me with rehab exercises. Let's hope they solve my problem !

It was my first ever massage, and Morgan made me feel so welcome and at ease. I had a pregnancy massage, and it was incredibly relaxing, my back, neck, and shoulders felt so much better afterwards. Wow, what a beautiful experience. Can't recommend Sara enough. She created the perfect setting for me to relax and just be in the moment during my deep tissue massage. So happy with my nails and lash lift, both are the best I’ve had in Swansea.

Highly recommend the Swansea Clinic of Natural Medicine. Not only did Simon successfully treat my injury but also provided great advice on probable cause and ways to prevent the injury recurring.

I had an appointment today with Rebecca at Align Therapies in Swansea to treat lower back pain. Rebecca was very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend her.

I was lucky enough to experience a bespoke facial with Polly today. It was an absolute joy from start to finish. Polly made me feel very welcome and her room set up was so cosy and relaxing. The actual treatment was magic. A blend of more traditional facial processes and deep massage. I felt thoroughly relaxed and pampered and my skin looks incredible. Thank you Polly, I will definitely be back.

Very pleased with the treatment I am receiving at the Swansea Clinic.

I had an incredible face massage with Polly and couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was deeply relaxing from start to finish, and she used beautiful natural products that felt amazing on my skin. I really appreciated the bespoke the facial and Polly took the time to understand exactly what my skin needed and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. She was warm, professional, and so helpful with personalised advice for my skin. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and glowing. Highly recommend!

Found Swansea Health Solutions on the internet following recommendation from the consultant to find a good sports injury clinic. Since the first appt Gareth has been great and since during our follow up appt’s. My teenage son is receiving treatment for an ongoing knee injury. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommend.

I have been looked after so well. I was included in my care and checked upon. The treatements were successful right from the start. I will recommend Swansea Clinic.

Sara was amazing!! spent time on the areas I told her about and was professional throughout, you can tell she is an extremely experienced masseuse! I booked immediately to return to see her, I trust the work she does and I wouldn't see anyone else in swansea for muscle pain. 10/10 on all fronts!

Polly has the healing hands of an angel, the facial & massage was divine. The room was a cwtchy cocoon with a comfortable warm bed to relax in. A superb facialist. I couldnt recommend her enough. Thank you Polly
