Booked in last minute thanks to Sasha for a relaxing Indian Head Massage with the lovely Emily. Recently I have been having mobile treatments so it was nice to visit the harmonious salon to get away. I had the best Reflexology experience today with Becky, as someone who struggles to relax I was unsure what to expect. But the minute I walked into the room Becky put me at ease and talked me through things. Becky is very knowledgeable and again talked me through everything afterwards too, I was that relaxed when she was actually doing it I briefly fell asleep! So relaxing! Felt totally at ease and relaxed and the new salon is an amazing space, so peaceful! Natalie was lovely and the massage was outstanding. I've had a few in the past with other therapists but this was by far the best one. Left feeling fabulous and less bloated! Can't wait for my next one!

I was recently given a gift card for my birthday, I had a full body massage, signature facial and brow lamination, and it was the most amazing pamper 3 hours. It was just what I needed after having a stressful time recently. I was so relaxed during the appointment I dozed off. I've been having lymph massages by Nat for a year now. The massage is excellent and you leave feeling so much lighter. If you follow the drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol and caffine advice, then over the next couple of days the results continue to improve. Nat is friendly and welcoming, highly recommend her!

Amazing treatment by Nat. Beautiful studio setting, Nat makes you feel relaxed straight away. This is my first lymphatic drainage massage treatment and I have rebooked with Nat as I am so happy by the difference this first treatment has already made. My body has clearly been holding onto fluid for so long, particularly in my lower legs and now I see a way to address this through further treatments and the kind advice Nat has provided on some actions to take on a day basis.
