I always feel safe and comfortable when I visit Dave for a sports massage. He is fun and friendly, very kind and extremely knowledgeable and great at his job! He goes beyond 100% with his advice and support and I don't know what I would do without him!

I had a lovely warm relaxing two hours. I was taken care of in every way. I came away with all my aches and pains gently massaged away by Jill. Topped of with some reflexology and Reiki. I thoroughly recommend a Glow experience.

Dave is super knowledgeable, he was able to offer me loads of advice on how to treat my injury moving forwards. He is super generous with his time and absolutely spot on with his massage, he knows to find the sweet spot straight away. I always feel very comfortable when I go for a treatment

Just had the most amazing, stress relieving “Japanese Head Spa” treatment. Water halo, extended scalp massage, steam treatment. Uber relaxing!!! Upstairs in Total Fitness. Will defo be going back 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
