My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

Beth is an outstanding massage physiotherapist. She listened carefully to my concerns and took detailed notes about my issues. Her technique was perfectly balance annd firm enough to be effective yet gentle where needed. She focused specifically on my problem areas with skill and precision. Deborah was lovely person, the massage was just what I needed after a very hectic time I decided I needed some self care. The environment was warm and cosy. I had a very good night's sleep when I got home which was well needed. I will be going back for sure.

I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

I heard a lot about Erika as a good massage therapist, but I didn’t have enough time to get there. And it was a matter of chance that I was presented with a gift certificate for 3 full sessions. And after the first session, according to the assesment of my body, I was surprised that the problem was in my body in a completely different place than I expected. After the remaining 2 sessions, I already felt the result on my body. I had strong headaches before visiting the massage, And at the first session, Erika does for me a head massage, and each time my pain went away.

Beth worked some magic on my back! I've been in so much pain recently that I haven't been able to even walk very far without having to sit down and only two days after the sports massage I feel like I've got a new back! She was so polite and friendly too and completely put me at ease!

Been 3 times already and cannot get enough, I’ve had reflexology and an Indian head massage, the music the calmness of the whole experience is incredible, the difference I feel in myself after each session is just amazing, always suffered With my back and I find reflexology has helped with not only this but other problems, I’ve never had an Indian head massage until now and I find i zone out from the world and it’s an experience I’m very much looking forward to everytime I visit, thank you for my treatments 100% worth every penny.

My experience with rainbow studio was great, Ms Deborah was so gentle and warmth! She really did a good job with the Swedish massage. Definitely worth trying. I would highly recommend you visit her place so you could try it yourself☺️

Always a pleasure to visit Julia. Each treatment is tailored to the individual. Her facial massage helps detox and plumbs. Some of the exercises can be continued at home.

Beth did an assessment of shoulder and neck pain in order to work on releasing the knots. She is also a physio so I got a lot of good advice about exercises I can do at home to help relieve the tension and pain I’ve been experiencing. I would definitely recommend booking a sports massage with her because she’s friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.
