Zoe, has a lovely warm and relaxing space, the massage was lovely and relaxing and relaxed a lot of the tight muscles I had in my neck. Would highly recommend Relax and Unwind.

I’ve been having weekly massages with Zoe at Relax and Unwind for over 6 years now and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Zoe has incredible knowledge of physiology and muscle conditions, which makes every treatment not just relaxing but also truly effective. She understands how to target the areas that need attention and my back pain management simply wouldn’t be complete without her care. I always leave feeling better in both body and mind – Zoe really is the best at what she does.

Charlie is incredibly knowledgeable and he was able to clearly instruct me with helpful exercises, after detailing the specific problem that was being caused by the nerve running down my arm. I felt very relaxed in his presence, which is important for me as I struggle to relax at times. I look forward to booking in with him again and working on the niggles and pains in my body. The massage was a great mix of relaxation and pressure/firmness needed for working into the more uncomfortable areas. Thank you Charlie!

I had the spa experience, 3 hours of pure relaxation. This was by far the best massage I have ever experienced, and I have had a lot! The 10 minute breathing exercise at the beginning was perfect to really settle into the session, Sam has such a soothing voice to help you relax. If you’re thinking about going for the spa experience just go for it! I didn’t feel like I was wondering what time it will finish unlike other massages, it flowed the whole 3 hours. AMAZING!

From the moment Sam greets you at the door the experience is first class . The full body massage I had was fantastic, hot stones was so relaxing and areas in my back that needed extra care just felt great after . Highly recommend.

Honestly, I don’t think that there’s another massage therapist on this planet who could compare to the experience you receive with Sam, her aura is beautiful, the setting is so calming and tranquil and her massages are second to none. It was my first time visiting Wickham Thai massage and I’m so lucky this is so close to me! Par the massage therapist was friendly, professional and respectful. As well as being incredible talented. The room was nice and warm with an authentic wide Thai massage bed and a warm blanket. I left feeling much more relaxed and will definitely be back again soon. Thank you :)

I recently had a Reiki session with Samantha that included a gentle neck stretch along with a face and head massage—and it was absolutely incredible. The treatment room is beautiful, and her presence was calm, grounding, and reassuring. She created a peaceful environment that made it easy to fully relax. The session itself was a perfect blend of energy work and physical release. The treatment left me feeling deeply balanced and calm. The face and head massage was especially soothing and put me in a state of total bliss.

Samantha is such an intuitive practitioner who always considers every detail, making the whole experience from start to finish relaxing, empowering, and deeply purposeful. I experienced Reiki energy healing, sound bath healing, and a third eye pressure point facial massage, each one was amazing and realigned me in it's own way. Samantha’s kind and gentle nature, combined with her skill and expertise, made the sessions incredibly special. Alex welcomed me back to her new, larger massage studio in Fareham. I had an hours sports massage where she gave me a full body session which helped with all my problems. I highly recommend Alex for her knowledge and friendly service.
