Honestly, I don’t think that there’s another massage therapist on this planet who could compare to the experience you receive with Sam, her aura is beautiful, the setting is so calming and tranquil and her massages are second to none. I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

I recently had a Reiki session with Samantha that included a gentle neck stretch along with a face and head massage—and it was absolutely incredible. The treatment room is beautiful, and her presence was calm, grounding, and reassuring. She created a peaceful environment that made it easy to fully relax. The session itself was a perfect blend of energy work and physical release. The treatment left me feeling deeply balanced and calm. The face and head massage was especially soothing and put me in a state of total bliss.

Wow, Anna you excelled yourself, a beautiful evening of massages for myself and 3 daughters, we came in stressed after a hard week at work and left totally relaxed and floating on air. I had an amazing sports massage with Alex and can’t recommend her enough. She has excellent knowledge from her training at Bournemouth University, and it really shows in her approach. The pressure was absolutely perfect, especially on my glutes, which felt like they’d needed that release my whole life! Alex gave me brilliant aftercare advice too, which I really appreciated. Her home studio is such a lovely, welcoming space, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I have booked all of my appointments for the rest of the year because she is fantastic.

Today, I visited Cassie at Glow & Bare for my first-ever hot stone full-body massage, and I must say, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Cassie was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The massage bed was comfortable, the room was warm, and the music was relaxing.
