I recently had a Reiki session with Samantha that included a gentle neck stretch along with a face and head massage—and it was absolutely incredible. The treatment room is beautiful, and her presence was calm, grounding, and reassuring. She created a peaceful environment that made it easy to fully relax. The session itself was a perfect blend of energy work and physical release. The treatment left me feeling deeply balanced and calm. The face and head massage was especially soothing and put me in a state of total bliss.

I’ve been having weekly massages with Zoe at Relax and Unwind for over 6 years now and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Zoe has incredible knowledge of physiology and muscle conditions, which makes every treatment not just relaxing but also truly effective. She understands how to target the areas that need attention and my back pain management simply wouldn’t be complete without her care. I always leave feeling better in both body and mind – Zoe really is the best at what she does.

I had an amazing sports massage with Alex and can’t recommend her enough. She has excellent knowledge from her training at Bournemouth University, and it really shows in her approach. The pressure was absolutely perfect, especially on my glutes, which felt like they’d needed that release my whole life! Alex gave me brilliant aftercare advice too, which I really appreciated. Her home studio is such a lovely, welcoming space, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I have booked all of my appointments for the rest of the year because she is fantastic.

Samantha is such an intuitive practitioner who always considers every detail, making the whole experience from start to finish relaxing, empowering, and deeply purposeful. I experienced Reiki energy healing, sound bath healing, and a third eye pressure point facial massage, each one was amazing and realigned me in it's own way. Samantha’s kind and gentle nature, combined with her skill and expertise, made the sessions incredibly special. The most incredible hot stone massage. The treatment felt completely bespoke, and Karen intuitively knew exactly where to focus. Her techniques were amazing, and I could feel how skilled she is throughout. I know I dozed off at one point, but it was that perfect kind of sleep where I was still in tune with the massage, not completely zonked out. The heat from the stones was so soothing, and the snuggly blanket made it even more relaxing—it felt like pure bliss, exactly what I needed. Thank you ❤️

Always a 5 star experience with Anna. A tranquil, calming environment and atmosphere, fantastic technical massage skills and Anna herself is so caring and really pays attention to the little details - small touches like a foot soak whilst you settle in, pillows under knees/feet, dim lighting and candles etc make all the difference.
