I’ve been going to Charlie for a while now (I have many issues!) and he makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to you which means he’s able to do and prescribe the right treatment. I have a mixture of sport therapy, stretches, exercises and mobility drills that he provides me with. I went to him Thursday with terrible back and hip pain which has stopped me from sleeping well for WEEKS! Since Thursday, I’ve had THE BEST nights sleep with NO PAIN at all!!! I could cry with relief! Long may this continue and thank you Charlie!

I have been working with Charlie for a few months now and he continues to educate me and surprise me with the level of depth for knowledge he has. Having discussed my goals he is adapting our training together to ensure maximum benefits, but also that I enjoy it. Charlie’s understanding of the body, through sports therapy and personal training gives perfect insights into the development, growth and recovery of the body.

Charlie helped with the rehab with my ankle previously, so when I had issues with my Neck / Trap muscle I contacted Charlie for help. I Went in with limited mobility and left with an improved range of motion and reduced pain. Charlie explained everything along the way and gave me a few sets of exercises to do at home to continue the rehab. Would recommend Charlie for any sports therapy

I've used the Body Pains Therapy for a number of treatments and highly recommend.

I’ve been having occasional treatments at Body Pains Therapy for over a year now, and I highly recommend them. I’ve been dealing with disc bulges and needed professional help to manage the discomfort. The treatments have made a noticeable difference—I’m feeling much better and now only need infrequent sessions based on my activity levels and recovery program.
