Spent the day with the girls at Erika's getting my lashes, nails and hair done. Can't recommend Aiko enough, so kind and gentle, never fails to disappoint with a new set of Hybrids. I got BIAB nails for the first time ever, Anna set the expectations, talking me through the process to help me understand what will happen throughout my new BIAB journey with her. Finally Zoe, toner and olaplex treatment, when I'm in Zoe's chair I'm immediately relaxed. From being incredibly anxious to now having Zoe has my go to stylist in Derby. In love with my glow up. I had the Ella Method facial yesterday and it did not disappoint! Ella’s facial massage skills were amazing, it genuinely felt like having a mini face lift yet the whole treatment was simultaneously so relaxing. My face was noticeably less puffy afterwards and my jawline looks much more defined and sculpted. Even today I can still see the effects! I know Ella puts great care and thought into selecting her products and you can tell- my skin is glowing and so soft today. I’m getting married next year and I’ll definitely be adding these treatments into my beauty prep leading up to the wedding!

Louise (the therapist) was so lovely and professional all throughout the treatment. She thoroughly explained the treatment and what treatment would help me in the future for other concerns I have.
