Brilliant experience even with all the Covid measures we have to adhere to currently. Erika was very welcoming on my first visit to the salon, made me feel at ease and comfortable and we had great conversation. She provided an excellent service for waxing - would highly recommend.

I very rarely leave feedback on things. But I have just had my first man waxing with Seb and can say I was very nervous before I entered the building, but with 2 minutes was of the mindset bring it on! I live 130 miles away but will now be coming back on a regular basis! Thanks for your time today and good luck with your half marathon mate Dave

Eye mask or something over eyes to keep it dark when face up would help keep the calm atmosphere. Great massage

I recommend the Spa Diamond to everyone. It's great if you spend time relaxing with your partner. The Swedish massage was excellent and the bath was refreshing after it. The back is suddenly lighter and the hubby also feels better as well. The skin on my face is softer. We really needed this relaxation in a quiet environment permeated with amazing scents and relaxing music. Thanks to Rachel and Megan

I had been thinking about having my eyebrows microbladed for a couple of years. I'd overplucked in the 90's with little consideration to shape, and pencilled them, again with not much idea about shape, everyday for years. I was nervous about having anything even semi-permanent done in such a visible place, but am so glad I did. Erika was amazing, and reassured me that my new brows would be natural looking - she was right, and her attention to detail is brilliant. They are so good - The shape and colour are spot on for my face and it has made such a difference to how I feel. Thank you!

Never had my brows tinted and am a non make up wearer so was nervous . Dee did a fantastic job in making my brows looks fuller but also subtle. She explained the process as she went along and made me feel reassured and comfortable! I’m so happy with my brows and they’ve made a huge difference to the framing of my face! Dee actually listened to what I wanted and went along with that. Thank you so much Dee! 🌟

I had microblading on my eyebrows, and Claire has done an amazing job. My brows were faded and weedy and now I have great shaped brows that add structure to my face. Great aftercare advice too. Thank you Claire.

I love going to Nikki beauty the threading is the best treatment Priti does my whole face and it’s always so smooth, you always get the best advice for your skin she has great knowledge, I also have my nails done by lovely Monica and they always look amazing I always feel so relaxed in this salon so relaxed I start to nod off to sleep the atmosphere is friendly happy and relaxed I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I also take my very elderly mother to have her lip and chin done and this treatment gives her so much self confidence woukd highly recommend for the older ladies lower face area

I am so happy with the treatment that I chose together with the girl at the clinic that my face is very beautiful and clean and without spots, I am so happy finally my face looks normal and is very shiny, thank you to the girls who work there are so attentive and behaves very nicely with customers and they are patient and explain any procedure. I confidently recommend this clinic and it is worth the money you spend on treatment. I will return soon to make again the treatment. Many thanks 🙏
