Spent the day with the girls at Erika's getting my lashes, nails and hair done. Can't recommend Aiko enough, so kind and gentle, never fails to disappoint with a new set of Hybrids. I got BIAB nails for the first time ever, Anna set the expectations, talking me through the process to help me understand what will happen throughout my new BIAB journey with her. Finally Zoe, toner and olaplex treatment, when I'm in Zoe's chair I'm immediately relaxed. From being incredibly anxious to now having Zoe has my go to stylist in Derby. In love with my glow up. Thank you girls <3

Visit Erika’s beauty today and had my lashes done by Luca ! She was absolutely star from start to finish ! I could not recommended salon enough ! I have moved away from Derby year ago and still did not find salon who delivers such a great customer experience! So an hour drive is nothing when you know what to expect ! Thank you ladies ! I had a facial along with a wonderful back massage by Ella this time. It was so relaxing and the best thing is that Ella spends so much time talking to you about how you should take care of yourself once you step out of the salon, she wants you to keep putting effort and shows you easy ways on how to maintain that relaxed, refreshing feeling until the next appointment.

The best massage in Derby hands down. It’s always a treat to get a massage by Nalin. I have had many massages around the world and nothing ever compares to Nalin and the services she offers. She goes above and beyond, giving you complimentary water at the end and some freebies like some Easter egg one time when it was Easter. So friendly and approachable and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Had the Indian head massage with the lower leg and foot massage included. Fiz really worked out my tension in my neck and the head massage was very relaxing. The leg and foot was amazing. I am very particular about my head massages and found in the past that other practitioners didn't apply the correct pressure but Fiz was bang on with her pressure. Fiona adopts a holistic, person led, calming approach & she accurately pinpointed particularly knotted, problem areas that I suffer from. I also suffer from intense anxiety which often affects my ability to relax, however, Fiona’s sensitivity towards me, enabled me to totally feel at peace with myself & in so doing I was able to enjoy the experience not only for the physical benefits but also, just as important, for the mental benefits too.
