Shannon has created a lovely environment in her studio, she absolutely knows what she is doing; can do different types of massage, lovely oils used, scents, herbal tea and filtered water, pre discussion, she has a sure, skilled and lovely touch, I think she is interested in the whole person and spiritual aspects as well as the massage itself. I highly recommend Energetica and can't wait to try other modalities /types of massage or workshop/ in future.

I've been going to The Body Palette for a few years now and each time I leave I feel relaxed and refreshed. I love that she offers lots of different treatments so I can just go to the one place.
