I had little experience with Breathwork and found myself nervous about what to expect during the session. When I arrived, Mel was incredibly welcoming and opened her beautiful space so I felt comfortable. She explained everything that would happens or that could happen throughout the process. During the process I felt safe and ‘held’ and it went much quicker than I expected. I loved every minute of it and can't wait to do another one.

Really happy with the customer service and result. The space was extremely clean and presentable.

A great space to gain the therapeutic benefit of contrast pools and sauna. Haven't tried the other services yet. Friendly staff. Grateful to have Refined and their services in Coffs Harbour. Just missing a private shower to have a proper wash off after the chlorine.

It was simple to book and after booking you get a beautiful text giving you details on how to find the space and tips for getting the best out of your session. Mel has a top quality sauna and easy to access shower room for post-sweat sesh. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Mel!

Mel is amazing, she is so humble and kind. Made us feel soo welcomed into her space. I bought a session for my boyfriend and me and it’s safe to say we’ll be making this a much more regular thing! 10/10 would recommend!!
