She truly understands hair and took the time to listen to what I wanted, offering expert advice along the way. The end result was beyond my expectations. Genuinely the best haircut I’ve gotten in NYC. I’ve gone to quite a few different salons dedicated to curly hair, including traveling all the way to Jersey to get a proper cut. And in all instances I’ve left underwhelmed, with a cut that was not what I had asked for. This experience was the exact opposite! She took the time to take into account the different curl patterns I have, my daily styling routine, what I wanted and what was achievable. I left the appointment looking and feeling amazing! For anyone out there with 3c hair who has struggled to find a proper cut, definitely visit Chi!

My hair has been getting wavier lately and I wanted a cut to bring out the curl more. Keith listened to me first before even starting on my hair, to get an idea of what I wanted and what my current routine is. He then helped me figure out a routine to do at home. I’m more than pleased with the results! He rescued my hair from a very bad cut I had a few months back (at a different salon) with someone who didn’t listen to me at all, and instead straightened my hair. Plus he brought out wave in the back that I didn’t know was possible.

My favorite colorist in the world is Ludovic, I am a blonde and he's a genius with my hair every time is a home run. the salon is gorgeous, designed like a prestigious Art Gallery with beautiful photos of wild horses in nature and beyond comfy chairs to see your dreams come true. The management is excellent, never a problem and always happy to see you. The scene is majestic and a perfect place to be pampered and loved.
