She truly understands hair and took the time to listen to what I wanted, offering expert advice along the way. The end result was beyond my expectations. Genuinely the best haircut I’ve gotten in NYC. I’ve gone to quite a few different salons dedicated to curly hair, including traveling all the way to Jersey to get a proper cut. And in all instances I’ve left underwhelmed, with a cut that was not what I had asked for. This experience was the exact opposite! She took the time to take into account the different curl patterns I have, my daily styling routine, what I wanted and what was achievable. I left the appointment looking and feeling amazing! For anyone out there with 3c hair who has struggled to find a proper cut, definitely visit Chi!

My hair has been getting wavier lately and I wanted a cut to bring out the curl more. Keith listened to me first before even starting on my hair, to get an idea of what I wanted and what my current routine is. He then helped me figure out a routine to do at home. I’m more than pleased with the results! He rescued my hair from a very bad cut I had a few months back (at a different salon) with someone who didn’t listen to me at all, and instead straightened my hair. Plus he brought out wave in the back that I didn’t know was possible.

Everyone was nice once I arrived at the salon. Making the reservation was the most frustrating part. I had to make several phone calls & texts.It like a clinic for hair. They couldn't give me the name of the stylist because they didn't know who would be available WHEN I was done with the Olaplex treatment (Groupon). My stylist wound up being Milk (yup). He was super nice, answered my questions and asked me what part of the pictures I liked. He explained why certain things wouldn't work. Milk was great. There is an extra charge for the length of your hair so make sure you find out how much.

It was my first time at the salon. I went there because it’s my hairstylist new salon. It’s pretty inside, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. They offer makeup and facial services too. The prices were fair. Dina is amazing. She’s an awesome hairstylist, artist and has a great personality. Knows her clients and when you ask her for a hair color, she’s going to deliver. My favorite colorist in the world is Ludovic, I am a blonde and he's a genius with my hair every time is a home run. the salon is gorgeous, designed like a prestigious Art Gallery with beautiful photos of wild horses in nature and beyond comfy chairs to see your dreams come true. The management is excellent, never a problem and always happy to see you. The scene is majestic and a perfect place to be pampered and loved.
