I came to the salon with three years of post-chemo therapy growth and it was wild. Robert did a brilliant job of cutting and styling my hair to perfection. I left feeling wonderful and my frizzy, coarse curls were soft, manageable and practically smiling themselves. He is a true curl whisperer.

Honestly Fabio was a lifesaver for my engagement shoot. The hotel water in NYC was not kind to my hair, and you could never tell with how Fabio styled and washed my hair! The blowout and style lasted for days, and his salon is so quick. Located in the UES, I'd make any excuse to go back here!

Trish is consistently one of the best colorists I've been to in NYC. She is brilliant with long, wavy hair for cuts, color, and blow-dries. The salon staff are welcoming and friendly. It's a 10 every time!

I had a fantastic styling done by Ali (truly incredible), but he made comments that my hair didn’t need to be straightened and tried to persuade me to go against what I consider, as an African American in a hair salon, to be a finished look following a blow out. Again, he did an absolutely beautiful job, but the repeat comments (both during this appointment and my last appointment with him) made me feel like I wasn’t a valued customer and felt like he did not want to do my hair. Still very happy and very grateful, but that didn’t feel great.

It's my first time coming here. Everybody in the salon was welcoming and professional. The salon was clean. My hairstylist, Ailee was able to copy the inspiration I showed her for my haircut. Im satisfied with the outcome. I recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience at the salon with Nevila today! Ever since my favorite salon (Devachan) closed, I’d been searching (without much luck) for a place or stylist that came close to what I was used to. Until today. It was such a joy to finally find someone who truly understands and honors how to work with curly hair. I’ve found my new salon home and highly recommend Nevila and the entire team at Curl Divinity Salon! ❤️

I've followed Nevila to I think 4 different salon locations so far, she is my GIRL! Even after moving to Albany NY, I still make the drive down to get my hair cut by her. The salon is beautiful, the products and staff are outstanding. Life changing for a curly girl (or guy!) looking for the RIGHT style and cut. Highly recommend!!

Its next to impossible to find a good hair salon (no one is consistently good) My first time going here and got a hair cut + digital perm and Mr Kaie did an amazing job! I asked for a clean look, he gave me less layers + large wavy perm and I love the result!! Highly recommend!!

Robert was great. I took my daughter for her first curly hair cut and Robert was so good at teaching her how to care for her hair and had such good conversation with me. Great stylist, super knowledgeable and so heartfelt. Highly recommend the salon and Robert!

I highly recommend the Jeffrey Stein salon for Hair. I walked in like a mongrel and I walked out a pedigree. Ask for Albert… He’s a hair magician.!!!

Dorothy is a wizard with her scissors! I'm growing my hair into a pixie bob. Dorothy managed to cut and style my hair today so that it looks already longer than it is. On each of my visits, I've also enjoyed the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at Jeffrey Stein Salon. My only complaint is that the robes have an odd smell to them...an almost moldy aroma which is a bit off-putting. But I'll gladly put up with this minor issue so that I can have Dorothy cut my hair. Thanks for a wonderful experience overall!

I did a hair cut and perm with Kaie today, and I am very happy with my new look. Kaie gave me his honest opinion about the hair style I first had on my thought, and then picked a style much better suited for me, making me look younger and prettier. He also provided valuable advice on how to maintain and style my hair afterwards. We have come to Kaie salon several times over the years and they are always my first choice for doing my hair in Fort Lee. They also provide soft drinks and cookies, making sure customers feel comfortable in the salon. Highly recommend Kaie Salon as your hair stylist!

I came to see Alon for lowlights. I really wasn’t certain what to expect, but the results were stunning! My hair had gone naturally grey, then silvery, and was becoming quite white — it was way too pale around my face. Alon’s selection of color(s) for me was perfect. It resulted in a subtle, elegant, and sophisticated look that delights me. Yhe salon was comfortable, and Alon’s colleagues were pleasant and helpful. Alon was, always, charming and totally professional.

Dan is very professional and knowledegeable of what he do. Very friendly and easy to approach. He did a great on straigthening and styling my hair. I would definitely come back and recommend him and the salon :)
