I randomly booked a hair cut and color at this salon and I was blown away! Anetta colored my hair beautifully, and Frank gave me one of my best haircuts and blow dry yet! Would definitely recommend.

The staff is not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly putting you at ease. I often find myself wishing I’d arrived early enough to enjoy their beautiful balcony—an oasis on warmer days. This is my go-to hair salon. As a guy with weird curly hair, this is the only salon I went to that I genuinely loved my haircut afterwards which makes me comeback even if I just need a quick trim. The staff is amazing and made me feel genuinely cared for. From the hair shampoo, quick back massage, and the awesome haircut, everything was perfect. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Absolutely great experience! I came in a bit nervous with my short haircut idea and Jin made the whole experience a great time. He made me feel so comfortable and I ended up loving short hair again. I hope to still be able to continue having haircuts with him.

Robert is fantastic—kind, knowledgeable, and a great listener. He gave me exactly the haircut and color I asked for, and even improved the color choice so it complemented my complexion beautifully. Really lovely experience. A true oasis away from the hustle and bustle of NYC streets. Simple and hip atmosphere with exposed brick and a nice playlist of Dave Brubeck jazz overhead. My stylist took his time as during the whole process - from a nourishing and extended shampoo/scalp massage - to the haircut itself. I’ll definitely be back.

This place was AMAZING! So clean, felt very luxurious but was not crazy expensive, and was such a nice environment. Gigi listed to exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make the experience great. She fixed issues from previous salons and I can truly say it was the best haircut and color I’ve ever had! During my stay in New York, I decided to get my hair cut. Online, I found an independent hairdresser in Union Square. On the 12th floor of a historic building, I met Marianna and her assistant Annie in a small salon. The atmosphere was very pleasant, calm, with relaxing lounge music playing. Marianna was very focused and took great care and attention to detail with my haircut, which I love. Even after the first wash, my hair looks fantastic. (I never blow dry my hair). Thank you for this authentic New York experience.

What a great experience as usual. I went in for a cut and blowdry but after arriving I decided I'd like to get highlights as well. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. I have had about five haircuts done by Caesar is a wonderful stylist. Even after six weeks or so when it is time to have a new haircut, my hair still looks good because he is so skilled. The shop has a very pleasant atmosphere, everyone is very kind and caring, and they work on a big range of people of different ages I could not be happier with West Vibe and especially Caesar!

It was my first time at Hayato. Although it looked a bit dated, the service was exactly what I was looking for. Great shampoo experience and Mina my hairdresser was a super Japanese stylist. A really, really nice hair salon! Loved it! It was my first time here (needed to get my hair done last minute for an event) and I came for a haircut with a blowdry and it was lovely! So glad I randomly came here. Ali was so amazing, my haircut came out beautiful and the blowdry was great. Love the length and how it looks so much. Everyone is so nice and friendly, it was great. It was an awesome experience, looking forward to coming again! Definitely recommend!
