I often find myself wishing I’d arrived early enough to enjoy their beautiful balcony—an oasis on warmer days. And with this unexpected November warmth, I really missed a chance to unwind there before my appointment. I have had about five haircuts done by Caesar is a wonderful stylist. Even after six weeks or so when it is time to have a new haircut, my hair still looks good because he is so skilled. The shop has a very pleasant atmosphere, everyone is very kind and caring, and they work on a big range of people of different ages I could not be happier with West Vibe and especially Caesar!

I randomly booked a hair cut and color at this salon and I was blown away! Anetta colored my hair beautifully, and Frank gave me one of my best haircuts and blow dry yet! Would definitely recommend.

What a great experience as usual. I went in for a cut and blowdry but after arriving I decided I'd like to get highlights as well. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. My highlights are very natural and so beautiful. The color she picked compliments my skin tone and natural hair perfectly. The haircut is gorgeous. Exactly what I asked for. I got my hair colored with stylist Canon as my regular stylist Mina was out. I wanted to cover my grays as I have a wedding to attend next week. He is very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable at all times. And always a treat to have green tea and scalp massage.

Had such a great experience with my stylist Sarah— she did an amazing job with my color and blowout. The shade came out exactly how I wanted, super natural and fresh, and the blowout was smooth and beautiful. She was really easy to talk to and made the whole appointment feel effortless. Mina and her team are beyond wonderful—incredibly talented, perfectly attentive, and utterly devoted to ensuring customers leave with terrific hair, feeling happy, and cared for, always. I have been a client since 2000 and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. My biggest terror through the pandemic, and I’m sure I wasn’t alone in it, was that, like many businesses in New York City, Hayato wouldn’t reopen. I had the best experience ever! I was a bit nervous because I hadn't been to a hair salon in a long time and it was also my first time getting bleach and colour, but my stylist Natsumi made sure to carefully explain each step and gave some advice on how to take care of my hair since I was worried about damage. And she did an incredible job, I'm so happy with my hair. Free refreshments are also offered which was unexpected but highly appreciated! Very cool people overall, I can tell everyone is passionate about what they do. I will definitely be coming back :)

A really, really nice hair salon! Loved it! It was my first time here (needed to get my hair done last minute for an event) and I came for a haircut with a blowdry and it was lovely! So glad I randomly came here. Ali was so amazing, my haircut came out beautiful and the blowdry was great. Love the length and how it looks so much. Everyone is so nice and friendly, it was great. Really lovely experience. A true oasis away from the hustle and bustle of NYC streets. Simple and hip atmosphere with exposed brick and a nice playlist of Dave Brubeck jazz overhead. My stylist took his time as during the whole process - from a nourishing and extended shampoo/scalp massage - to the haircut itself. I’ll definitely be back.
