I walked in with greasy, grown out hair and left with freshly cut, trimmed hair in a style that I adore. I am really enjoying your Albany Salon, it's conveniently located just off the Carpark, your pricing is reasonable and I get to try a different stylist each time I visit! I just got my haircut done by Joker. This is already my 4th time with him. You simply show him a reference photo, and he can recreate the style almost exactly like the picture. He’s very patient, skilled, experienced, and never rushes the process. Honestly, I don’t think I can let anyone else cut my hair anymore. And don’t worry if you’re not Chinese — you can just bring a reference photo and show it to Joker. That’s more than enough ✨

Sue was amazing. Honestly for the price I paid I would have been happy with just her scalp massage which I almost fell asleep with. I wanted my blonde back after a recent brown dye from another salon. My hair had breakage and the blonde colour I was asking for was almost impossible but Sue went ahead and did an amazing job. I got my blonde back with no yellow tones. I have never come across a hairdresser who spent the whole entire 3 hours watching my hair in between mixing and touching up and monitoring for new breakage. Sue A+++
