Please let Susan know she did such an amazing job of my hair! I LOVE what she did for me tonight. I walked in with greasy, grown out hair and left with freshly cut, trimmed hair in a style that I adore. I am really enjoying your Albany Salon, it's conveniently located just off the Carpark, your pricing is reasonable and I get to try a different stylist each time I visit! the best experience today at KESS Hair and Beauty Salon in Albany, thanks to Gihan. He gave me an exceptional haircut, beard trim, and lining, far exceeding my expectations. His attention to detail and precision were truly impressive. I’ve had many haircuts in Auckland, but this was by far the best. Highly recommend Gihan for anyone looking for top-notch grooming and a professional experience!

Words can not describe enough how amazing Hannah is and how fantastic she is with my hair as well as how amazing she makes you feel going to her beautiful salon. I have been searching for 10 years now to find someone that can cut my blonde fine hair in beautiful layers and she did it! I went back last night for hi-lites and we ended up adding a couple of chunky low-lites in between and my hair looks stunning! She takes so much care to 1st make sure you understand what she will be doing and the way she works is just so fantastic. I feel so pampered and important when I go to her. Just AMAZING!!

My experience at Jodi Lea Natural Beauty was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, Jodi made sure I felt welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere was so calming and beautiful, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. Hannah was amazing. Explained everything upfront and as we went through the colour lightening process. Really professional and can tell Hannah takes pride in her work and is awesome at it. Both my daughter and I have come to her and have been really pleased with the results. Beautiful salon with great music, awesome parking and great coffee!

I had an incredible experience at Cut and Edge with Anushi for my Nanoplasty treatment. From the moment I walked in, Anushi made me feel so comfortable and explained every step of the process clearly. Her attention to detail and gentle approach were amazing, and the results speak for themselves — my hair is smooth, shiny, and so easy to manage. It’s been weeks and it still feels salon-fresh! I highly recommend Anushi if you’re considering Nanoplasty — she’s a true professional and absolutely lovely to spend a few hours with.

Today, 9th Oct 2025, I had an appointment with Jodi. I've been going to Jodi, for a few years, now. Jodi never fails, whichever, beauty treatment she does. Every appointment is blissful. As with her surroundings & decor. Today, I had a consultation with Jodi, regarding, facial treatments - the dreaded, wrinkles etc! Jodi took me, step by step, of what would be suitable etc. Ending, with a mini facial, using her totally 'natural' products. Giving me a chance, to decide on fragrance etc. Well, the result, was great! Not that I doubted it wouldn't be. Thank you, Jodi Lea - Sue Crampton

Smita is honestly the best laser tech and overall beauty therapist I’ve seen in a long time. So kind and knowledgeable. She’s helped me so much. Also one of the only people in Auckland with latest hair removal machine and specific skincare products.

I had my regular 6 week, 45 min massage with Jodi. Just this week. Again, Jodi, is marvellous, in all her beauty treatments. From the moment, you step through the door, you start to relax. But, then, for Jodi, it comes, naturally, like the products she sells. I go to Jodi, about every 5-6 weeks for beauty treatments. I call this, 'my haven'. My troubles, stress, anxiety, I leave on the doorstep. Somehow..... when I come away, from, Jodi's, those, troubles, stress, anxiety, dont seem as heavy! ha,haha. Today I have been for a 45 minute massage., with Jodi. These I have with Jodi, about every 6 weeks. Jodi, does the ultimate massage, and you really do, get pampered & spoilt. Not only, in the great massage's she does, but, with all beauty treatments that Jodi provides. The minute you walk in, the decor itself, makes you feel special and relaxed.
