I booked a microlock consultation with Rodericka and the entire experience was amazing. She was warm and inviting, yet professional. She took the consultation very seriously and talked me through all the components and considerations of starting and successfully maintaining a loc journey. I had the absolute pleasure of having my hair washed, treated, and trimmed by Shanell and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She was incredibly gentle, welcoming, and so knowledgeable about everything related to hair care. She took the time to explain each step and even offered guidance on what I should do next in my hair journey. I left not only feeling refreshed but also knowledgeable with information. I had such a wonderful experience for my first visit! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and Shanell made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
