She was incredibly gentle, welcoming, and so knowledgeable about everything related to hair care. I’ve never had a relaxer done so properly and professionally. The relaxer process was so smooth and seamless. I didn’t have any irritations and moreover even though i’m 4 weeks post, my hair is still so moist, soft, smooth and silky. The outcome was AMAZING, and she was very gentle with my hair. I also love the fact that there’s a tv available for streaming Netflix movies and shows while getting your hair done, and Mrs. Scott sells food so if you haven’t eaten, on the way out you can just pay for a tray of food. Amazing service 10/10
