I’ve been coming to Remedy for years. It’s my favourite of all the Thai massage places I’ve visited in Auckland & I have visited quite a lot! The atmosphere, equipment, massage therapists are all so comfortable, warm, lovely & can put you at ease as soon as you step into the building. I tend to book with Mia a lot as she uses just the right amount of pressure & pace is really attentive during my massage that she often goes above & beyond for what I need, you can tell she’s passionate about her job but all the girls are just AMAZING & regardless who you get they will do a GREAT job!

Avani was polite and welcoming. I am not from Auckland and thankful I caught a last minute appointment. Avani did try to consult what my hair would have benefited more from but due to restrictions with a plane to catch she understood and still did a good job.

Absolutely loved it. Hit all the right spots and the pressure was great! The temperature of the foot soak was lovely and the whole massage felt like a healing experience. Will book again when im in Auckland again

Orn is the best massage therapist in Auckland. She has the most amazing nurturing style, so relaxing i feel bad snoring tho. The room is lovely and relaxing too. You cant beat this place and esp Orn. :)

I had such an amazing experience at this salon. The girls were absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind and genuinely professional. They made me feel comfortable from the very first moment. The result of my lashes was honestly insane, I couldn’t be happier. On top of that, they even gave me a complimentary head massage while I was waiting, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. I truly wish I could stay longer in Auckland just to try more treatments with them. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality service and a beautiful experience.

Absolutely the best lash extensions I’ve had in Auckland! She is so patient and attentive to every detail — truly a special experience. The results are amazing — my lashes look so natural and beautiful. I especially love the UV light glue; my eyes felt nothing, not itchy at all. She takes the time to ask about your preferences, making the whole experience so personalized. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be going back forever!

I live in the US but visit Auckland often, and when I’m in town I always head to Gents and Rascals to see Michael. He always gives me the tightest and freshest cuts. The rest of the staff are all very nice and always greet you as soon as you walk in. I look forward to getting my haircut the next time I’m back in town!

Serving Hands is my go‑to nail salon in Auckland. My nails always look great, last ages, and the attention to detail is next level. It is super relaxed, never rushed, and you actually feel looked after every time you go. Anne-Marie is friendly and caring, remembers what you like, and makes it easy to try new colours or designs. If you want beautiful nails in a calm, cozy spot, I would 100% recommend Serving Hands.

Briss literally “nailed” my inspo pic! She was very thorough and detail orientated. I was asked how I liked my nails after each step which was very appreciated.
