Today was my first day back exercising since the end of November. Kyra was super careful yet also supportive with my training today as I have a few health issues to navigate as well as managing my post concussion (mild) recovery. I could feel my muscles getting put through their paces, but in a good way! Keen to see how achy I am tomorrow :) And excited to return to Kyra later in the week for round 2!
