The reflexology treatment itself was brilliant. I really enjoyed the treatment and the therapist was lovely. Unfortunately, the environment made it difficult for me to fully relax. There were frequent interruptions from the telephone, other customers arriving for and leaving their appointments, and as the treatment area was quite open and very bright, I felt a little like I was in a goldfish bowl rather than having a relaxing treatment. I think the experience would have been much better in a dedicated treatment room with more privacy and a calmer, darker environment.
