I booked a facial for my mother and we were both so impressed with the experience. The beautician was kind, attentive, and made my mother feel very relaxed throughout the treatment. The results were clear right away, her skin looked brighter and more refreshed, and she was genuinely happy with how she felt afterward. It was such a positive experience from start to finish. Fabulous lovely and warm beautician recommended to anyone

Every treatment I have at Enerchi is always a true joy and a real treat. I was running 5 minutes late and flustered but the staff always make you feel so calm and are always kind. Each treatment always feels ‘above and beyond’ and very good value. Similarly they always try and fit me in for an appointment if I call up at short notice too. Final shout out for the stunning window displays all year round! It’s a real precious haven in Penarth.

First time having my hair and makeup done, and what an experience! I’ve never felt so relaxed, and both hair and makeup were absolutely fantastic, I had so many lovely compliments! I would definitely highly recommend and I will definitely be returning! x

Emily was fantastic! I didn’t really have a treatment in mind when I came for my initial consultation and analysis. After a very comprehensive breakdown of all that was on offer to assist my skin concerns I opted for a treatment that I’d been so considering for a long time but was too scared to take the plunge. Emily made the whole process and experience so calming and easy and I am thrilled with how it went and feel very lucky to have found her clinic! 100% recommend Emily as a beautician and just the nicest human being. You won’t regret reaching out to her!

I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

Had another stunning glow luxury facial with Emily last week. I was having a bit of a breakout leading up to the facial but my skin has settled so much since! Acne has pretty much cleared up and my skin has felt so soft. Makeup has been going on a dream! The chest and arm massage was absolutely amazing, perfect amount of pressure. Can’t wait to come back :)

The staff here in Nail Spa not only excellent on what they’re paid for but also very accommodating and flexible. With the latter you can’t find that anywhere else in Penarth, more so in Cardiff. The effort is very much appreciated. Very much highly recommended, give them a try and you will never have to go to any other salon again.

The best nail bar I´ve been to in Cardiff. Salah is great, very kind and professional. I got a simple manicure done and my nails look perfect. I will definitely repeat! The salon is very clean and has many polisher colours to choose. Also, the location is great - right in the entrance of Penarth with plenty of free parking space.
