Getting started
Whether you need to send an invoice for a completed service or provide a receipt on the spot, this functionality helps you manage your billing efficiently.
Before emailing and printing reciepts if you are team member we recommend:
- Reaching out to the workspace owner and request permission for Invoices.
Emailing receipts
- Desktop
- Mobile
To email an reciepts:
- Open Sales.
- Search and click on the sale.
- Select Share invoice.
- Add the client’s e-mail address.
- Click Send.
To email an receipts:
- Open Sales and select the Sales tab.
- Search for the sale in the search bar and tap on the Sale #.
- Select the three dots in the top right corner and then Email.
- Add the client’s e-mail address.
- Tap Send.
Printing receipts
To print an recoiepts:
- Open Sales.
- Search and click on the sale.
- Click on the three dots button.
- Select Print.
