Getting started
Whether you need to send an invoice for a completed service or provide a receipt on the spot, this functionality helps you manage your billing efficiently.
Before emailing and printing reciepts if you are team member we recommend:
- Reaching out to the workspace owner and request permission for Invoices.
Emailing receipts
To email an reciepts:
- Open Sales.
- Search and click on the sale.
- Select Share invoice.
- Add the client’s e-mail address.
- Click Send.
Printing receipts
To print an recoiepts:
- Open Sales.
- Search and click on the sale.
- Click on the three dots button.
- Select Print.
FAQs
- Checking the paper size:
Make sure your print settings match the paper size for your printer. - Turn off headers & footers:
Uncheck 'headers & footers' in the print settings to avoid extra blank space. - As long as your printer is compatible with your device running Fresha (either through an app or browser), it should work seamlessly for printing.
- Cash drawers typically connect via USB to the main computer and open automatically when a receipt is printed.
If your thermal printer is using more paper than expected or leaving large white spaces at the end of sales receipts, this could be due to the print settings on your device. We recommend:
Fresha can be accessed from any web-connected device and is compatible with a wide range of devices. To connect a printer or cash drawer, Fresha’s software doesn’t need any special hardware — except for the mPoP printer, which isn’t compatible with Fresha. For example:
