How applying deals works
You can create three types of deals in the Marketing section. Depending on the type, deals can be applied during online booking, or added manually at checkout by team members.
Promotions: Clients can enter the discount code when booking services online, or when they purchase products in the online product store, or you can apply it manually at checkout. Promotions can be applied to:
- Selected services and products
- Memberships (at checkout only)
- Gift cards (at checkout only)
Promotions cannot be applied to gift cards or memberships during online booking.
Flash sales: These apply automatically when clients book eligible items online during your defined sale period. You can also apply them manually at checkout. Flash sales can be applied to:
- Services
- Products
- Memberships
- Gift cards with predefined values
Flash sales are not applicable to gift cards where the client has chosen a custom amount. To apply a flash sale to a custom amount gift card, a team member must apply this manually at checkout.
Last-minute offers: These apply automatically when clients book eligible services online within your set last-minute window. Last-minute offers apply only to services.
You have full flexibility to tailor pricing at checkout. You can apply deals to specific items, or just manually adjust prices without using a pre-set deal.
Applying deals at checkout

Raise a new sale.

In the right panel of the sale view, click on the item you want to discount.

In the editing pop-up, use the following methods to adjust the item price:
- Price adjustments: Under Price, enter the new item value.
- Apply discounts: Under Discounts, tick the checkbox next to each promotion or flash sale you want to add.

Click on the Apply button in the pop-up to add the discount.
The cart will show the updated price for each discounted item, with all applied promotions and flash sales clearly listed in the total breakdown. You can edit or remove any discount or price adjustment by following the same steps.
FAQs
If multiple discounts are applied to an item at checkout, fixed amount discounts are applied first to individual items. Percentage discounts are then applied to the remaining total.
You can use both item-level discounts and cart discounts at the same time. Item-level discounts are always applied before any cart-level discounts.
When setting up team member commissions, you can choose whether commissions are calculated before or after discounts.
