Review deals performance
Track the effectiveness of your deals and see how they impact your bookings and sales. Understand the key insights needed to manage and optimize your deals for better performance.
Getting started
Before you can review the performance of your deals, make sure you have everything set up. Start by:
- Setting up and activating your deals so metrics can be collected.
- If you’re a team member, request permission to View and manage deals from the account owner.
Accessing deals overviews
Once your deals are active, you can easily track their performance through the overview page.
To view deal performance:
- Open Marketing and select Deals.
- Select on the deal you want to review.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to see an overview, including:
- Apply to:
Lists the services eligible for the deal. - Created date:
Shows when the deal was created. - Discount:
Displays the discount offered in the deal. - Locations:
Indicates where the deal can be applied. - Team members:
Lists the team members available for booking with the deal.
- Apply to:
You can easily edit your deals by selecting Options, then Edit.
Understanding metrics
Each deal’s overview page provides simple sales metrics to help you monitor its effectiveness.
These include:
- Total sales:
The total revenue from completed sales directly linked to the deal. - Total appointments:
The number of appointments made and the revenue generated through the deal, helping you gauge its impact on business performance. - Total clients:
The number of clients who booked using the deal.
For a combined summary of revenues from different deals, check the Discount summary report.
