Organize appointments by color in your calendar
In this guide you'll learn how to customize your calendar view by assigning colors to appointments based on team members, service types, or status.

From the main menu on the left of your screen, click on Settings.

Select the Settings tab from the top and click on Scheduling.

In the left menu panel, select Time and Calendar to view the calendar settings.

Next to Settings, click on the Edit button to update how appointments appear in your calendar.

In the Time and calendar settings page, update the Appointment color source by selecting one of the following options from the panel:
- Team member: Appointment colors match the team member assigned, based on the color set in their profile.
- Service group: Appointments will display the colour of the service type, based on the colour set for each service in your catalog.
- Status: Appointment colors reflect their current status, with completed appointments shown in grey.

Click on the Save button in the top right to apply your updates.
Appointments in your calendar will now reflect the new color source set.

- Booked = Blue
- Confirmed = Purple
- Arrived = Orange
- Started = Green
- No-show = Red
- Complete = Gray
When scheduling, appointment colors are automatically applied based on your settings. If organized by team member or services, you can customize each of their assigned colors through the team member profile or your service list.
