Manage your calendar display settings
In this guide, you’ll learn how to adjust your calendar display settings to control how appointments, team schedules, and resources appear in your calendar.
Adjust your calendar date and views

From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Calendar.

To adjust your calendar date, click on the Date selector in the calendar toolbar to view a specific date range or choose the option to jump ahead 1 to 8 weeks.

To adjust your calendar view, click on the Calendar view selector in the calendar toolbar and choose one of the following options to view your calendar:
- Day: View today's appointments only.
- 3 Days: View today's appointments and the next two days.
- Week: View the entire week's appointments.
- Month: View the entire month’s appointments.

Click on the Settings icon in the calendar toolbar to open the Calendar settings view and adjust the following:
- Calendar zoom: Slide the scale to either view more appointments on your screen (Small) or fewer appointments with more details visible (Large).
- Quick actions: Use the toggle to enable quick actions, allowing you to add appointments or blocked time by clicking on a calendar slot.

Click on the Apply changes button to save your updates.
Adjust the order your team appear in the calendar
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Team.
- In the left menu panel, click on Team members.
- Click on the Options button in the top right and select Change order from the panel.
- Drag and drop the team members into the order you’d like them to appear in the calendar.
- Click on the Save button in the top right to apply the changes.
Your calendar will instantly update to reflect the new order.
Filter your calendar

From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Calendar.

Click on the Team and resource selector in the calendar toolbar.

In the panel, tick the checkboxes next to each Team member and resource you want to view the schedule for. You can also choose to view:
- Scheduled team: Show all team members that are scheduled to work on the dates selected.
- All team: Show all team members that are assigned to the location selected. This will include members who are not scheduled to work on the dates selected.
- All Resources: Show all resources that are assigned to the location selected.
- All team and resources: Show all team members and resources that are assigned to the location selected. This will include members who are not scheduled to work on the dates selected.
Once applied, your calendar will update to show only the selected team members and resources.
FAQs
Cancelled appointments are automatically removed from the calendar to free up the time slot for new bookings and keep your schedule clear. If you need to review or manage cancelled appointments, you can find them in your Appointments list.
Yes, you can save specific calendar views in Fresha by creating and managing custom filter presets.
Adjusting the calendar zoom or time slot interval helps customise your internal view, making it easier to manage your schedule. Your online booking time slots remain unaffected and can be managed separately through your online booking optimization settings.
Yes, the appointment will appear in both the team member’s column and the resource’s column, making it easy to see who and what is involved. To keep things clear, hovering over either instance will highlight both, showing that they’re part of the same appointment.
To quickly return to today’s date, from the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Calendar.
