Set up automatic top-ups for your AI receptionist
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Add-ons.
- Under AI receptionist, click on the View button.
- Click on the Enable auto top-ups button under your AI receptionist call balance to set up automatic top-ups.
- Set a threshold for when your call balance should trigger an automatic top-up. For example, when your call balance drops to less than 30 minutes your balance will automatically top-up.
- Next, select from any of the preset amounts how much you would like to top-up with.
- You can also create a Custom amount.
- Click on the Continue button in the top right corner to proceed.
- Review your payment method and click Confirm to enable auto top-ups for your AI receptionist.
Manually top-up minutes for your AI receptionist
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Add-ons.
- Under AI receptionist, click on the View button.
- Click on the Top up button under your AI receptionist call balance to top-up your AI receptionist call balance.
- Select from any of the preset amounts how much you would like to top-up with.
- You can also create a Custom amount of minutes.
- Click on the Continue button in the top right corner to proceed.
- Review your payment method and click Confirm to top-up your AI receptionist call allowance.
Disable automatic top-ups for your AI receptionist
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Add-ons.
- Under AI receptionist, click on the View button.
- Click on the Disable auto top-ups button under your AI receptionist call balance to disable automatic top-ups.
- Click on the Disable auto top-ups button in the pop up to confirm.
After you disable auto top ups for your AI receptionist, if your call balance runs out, your AI receptionist will stop answering calls until your balance is updated.
