Download Fresha invoices and fees
In this guide, you’ll learn how to download your Fresha invoices and fee statements to effectively manage your business finances and maintain accurate records of all charges from Fresha.
Download invoices and fees as a business
Access your business invoices and fees from the Billing section, and, if needed, grant team members permission to view this data.
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
- Under the Settings tab, click on Billing to view your invoices and fees.

- To filter by date, click the All time button and select a specific calendar year.

- Click on the Download icon next to either of the following as needed:
- Fresha Fee activity: Detailed breakdown of all paid feature charges, updated continuously throughout the month.
- Invoice: Finalized summary of all paid feature charges, generated at the beginning of each month.
If you are a team member, reach out to the account owner to request permission to access Wallet and Card processing.
Download billing and fees as a merchant
Merchants operating under a Fresha business can access their own fees and invoices separately through their Personal settings.
- From the toolbar on the top right of your screen, click on your Profile picture and select Personal settings from the panel.

- Under Merchant account, click on Reports to view your payments and fees.

- Click on the View button to view the following:
- Payments: Displays a detailed list of all payment transactions.
- From the toolbar, click the date range icon to adjust the date range, and click the filter icon to filter your payment data by Type, Payment amount, Gift cards, or Deposits.

- Click on the Export button in the top right corner of your screen to download your data in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.

- From the toolbar, click the date range icon to adjust the date range, and click the filter icon to filter your payment data by Type, Payment amount, Gift cards, or Deposits.
- Fees: Displays a complete history of your Fresha fees.
- Click the download icon next to either of the following to save the data to your device:
- Fresha Fee activity: Detailed breakdown of all paid feature charges, updated continuously throughout the month.
- Invoice: Finalised summary of all paid feature charges, generated at the beginning of each month.

FAQs
Invoices are created on the 2nd of each month and will be ready to download as soon as they’re available.
If you’re based in Saudi Arabia (KSA) and your invoice still shows as pending after this date, please contact our support team for assistance.To join a workspace and create a merchant account, you’ll need to be sent an email invitation from the workspace owner. We recommend providing the workspace owner with your email address. Currently, Merchant accounts are only available for users in the US.
To prevent team members from accessing Fresha invoices and fees, make sure the Wallet and Card processing permission is unchecked for their permission level in your workspace permission settings.
