Enable auto top-ups for your AI Concierge

Enable auto top-ups for your AI Concierge to keep your business running smoothly and ensure you never miss a booking.

Set up automatic top-ups for your AI Concierge

  1. From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Add-ons.
  2. Under AI Concierge, click on the View button.
  3. Click on the Enable auto top-ups button under your AI Concierge call balance to set up automatic top-ups.
  4. Set a threshold for when your call balance should trigger an automatic top-up. For example, when your call balance drops to less than 30 minutes, your balance will automatically top-up.
  5. Next, select from any of the preset amounts how much you would like to top-up with.
    1. You can also create a Custom amount.
  6. Click on the Continue button in the top right corner to proceed.
  7. Review your payment method and click Confirm to enable auto top-ups for your AI Concierge.
  1. From the main menu at the bottom of your screen, tap on More (grid icon) and open Add ons.
  2. Select the View button under AI Concierge to open the add-ons summary view.
  3. Tap on the Enable auto top-ups button under your AI Concierge call balance to set up automatic top-ups.
  4. Set a threshold for when your call balance should trigger an automatic top-up. For example, when your call balance drops to less than 30 minutes, your balance will automatically top-up.
  5. Next, select from any of the preset amounts how much you would like to top-up with.

Manually top-up minutes for your AI Concierge

  1. From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Add-ons.
  2. Under AI Concierge, click on the View button.
  3. Click on the Top up button under your AI Concierge call balance to top-up your AI Concierge call balance.
  4. Select from any of the preset amounts how much you would like to top-up with.
    1. You can also create a Custom amount of minutes.
  5. Click on the Continue button in the top right corner to proceed.
  6. Review your payment method and click Confirm to top-up your AI Concierge call allowance.

Disable automatic top-ups for your AI Concierge

  1. From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Add-ons.
  2. Under AI Concierge, click on the View button.
  3. Click on the Disable auto top-ups button under your AI Concierge call balance to disable automatic top-ups.
  4. Click on the Disable auto top-ups button in the pop up to confirm.

After you disable auto top ups for your AI Concierge, if your call balance runs out, your AI Concierge will stop answering calls until your balance is updated.

    • The payment method saved under your workspace billing settings will be charged by default. You can provide another payment method instead.
