Loyalty with Fresha is all about flexibility. You can personalize your loyalty program using points, tiers, and referrals. Just pick the ones that suit your business best.
In this lesson, we'll focus on points. It's a powerful way to reward your clients for everyday actions you want to encourage, like booking online or leaving reviews. It's simple to set up and totally customizable. You decide how clients earn points, how many they get, and how they spend them, keeping them coming back for more.

After activating client loyalty, points are initially turned off so you can set up everything first before launching it. Your clients start earning points once you've enabled it over here.
On the points page, you'll see two key sections; ways to earn and ways to spend. Now let's take a look at these in detail.
This section lists all the ways your clients can earn points, including making purchases, leaving reviews, booking online, and completing appointments. The great part is, each of these actions can be fine tuned to fit your business goals. Plus, you can choose which ones you want to offer.
Let's go ahead and customize one together.
Just open one up like this to update the settings.
This one allows clients to earn a thousand points each time they complete ten appointments. You can even set some limits here.

When you're ready, hit save.
Now that you've set how clients earn points, it's time to decide how they can spend them. Clients spend their points to get rewards that you've set up. For example, they can spend their points to get a discount or a free service or product.
Here, there's already a preset reward for an amount discount that you can choose to keep and edit.
But let's create a new one. We'll choose a free service reward. First, decide which services you want to offer and how many points the client needs to spend to get this reward. We'll choose a hair styling service and set it so clients can redeem this reward by spending 2000 points. You'll also see a few extra options here, giving you full control over how clients get the reward.
You can go on to create more rewards. Each reward type will have a slightly different set up based on its purpose.
Then, once you're happy with your setup, you're ready to launch your points program. Just click enable.
And that's it. Your points program is now live and ready to bring in more client engagement. Clients are automatically enrolled, ready to start earning and spending points on rewards right away. And it's all based on how they interact with your business. Clients have full visibility in their Fresha client account, and you have the same view from their client profile, too. It's this smart, simple way to build client loyalty without the manual work.
